He founded the company during high school with the goal of creating a business that supports students in financing their college education while delivering exceptional cleaning services to homeowners. Ryan is passionate about building strong client relationships and is committed to making a positive impact, one service at a time.
Grant Huffstetler
Co-Founder & Co-Owner
Grant Huffstetler is currently pursuing a degree in finance at the University of Cincinnati. As co-founder of College Crew, Grant shares a deep commitment to supporting students and delivering professional, reliable service. He values authentic relationships with both clients and team members, and is proud to be part of a company that helps students pursue their educational goals while providing high-quality cleaning solutions.
Jacob Evens
Technician
Jacob Evens is a finance major at the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Business. Throughout high school, he worked full-time to save for college and has been with College Crew for two years. His dedication and work ethic have played a key role in helping him achieve his academic goals. Now a proud member of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity, Jacob is enjoying his college experience and looks forward to continuing his work with the team in the near future.
Joe Anastasia

Joe Anastasia is currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management through the Engineering program at the University of Cincinnati. With two years of experience at College Crew, Joe has balanced both high school and college responsibilities while actively contributing to his educational goals. In addition to his role on the team, he has gained valuable industry experience working as an assistant subcontractor. Joe is known for his strong work ethic and continues to be a valuable asset to the crew.
